My Love For Paris

Paris is a city that won’t disappoint! Amazing food, gorgeous sites and lots to do. It’s a city that is somewhat close in distance to me and has enabled me to visit on numerous occasions, each visit different and unique in its own way.

Below is a picture of the hotel I stayed in called Le Walt and the whole experience was PERFECT. Workers were super attentive and helpful throughout and the breakfast was remarkable! I actually chose this hotel and it held a very rustic feel and the view was of the Eiffel Tower! Another reason why my latest trip to Paris was to remember.

The last time I visited was of early December 2016, and everywhere was in the Christmas mood. Markets, decorations and food. Me and my family visited a Christmas market nearby to the Eiffel Tower and it had everything you could want. From handmade wood ornaments to hot wine to crepes. It was a highlight of the trip. Nearby also was a ferris wheel and great music.

Another recommendation is to visit Arc de Triomphe, and walk under the road to the middle (perfect for photo opportunities) and see the true height of the landmark. And to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Parisian traffic, see all the different avenues and a LOVELY view of Paris skyline.

My biggest tip for any city break is to walk around, explore! Don’t take transportation everywhere if you don’t need to. If it’s a 20, 30, 40 minute walk, why don’t you walk it? It saves you money AND it’s good for the environment. For me, if it’s under an hour and the weather isn’t too horrible, we walk it! Whenever I go on a trip, when I make it back to wherever I’m staying, my body is always aching and I’m tired from walking and exploringbut it’s worth it!

Thank you so much Paris for a good time and I will be visiting soon!
